CabaretMetrics.com and StripClubWebsites.com (“Websites”) are brand names operated by Brandon LaVere, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These websites do not operate as separate legal entities. All services, billing, and agreements are conducted through Brandon LaVere, LLC.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Websites and services. By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide website design, development, hosting, and related digital services to businesses.
Services may include website design, hosting, content management, software integrations, and analytics tools.
The scope of services varies by client and is defined at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. Billing and Payments
All billing is managed by Brandon LaVere, LLC and processed through Stripe.
By purchasing services, you authorize all applicable charges, including one-time and recurring fees.
Recurring services will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our policies.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Minimum Service Commitment
Certain services may require a minimum service commitment period as disclosed at the time of purchase.
If services are canceled before fulfilling the required term, any remaining balance may become immediately due.
4. Scope of Work and Additional Services
Services include only the features and functionality agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Any requests outside of the original project scope, including custom features, design changes, or additional development, are considered additional services.
Additional services may be billed at a standard development rate of $125 per hour and require client approval before work begins.
5. Domain Registration and Ownership
Domain names may be registered by the client or by Brandon LaVere, LLC on behalf of the client.
If a domain is registered or managed by Brandon LaVere, LLC, it may remain under our control for the duration of the service agreement.
Clients are responsible for domain registration and renewal fees unless otherwise specified in writing.
Domain transfers may be requested upon cancellation of services, provided all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
We are not responsible for domain expiration, loss, or transfer issues when domains are managed by the client or third parties.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring all website content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Clients may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content on their website.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove websites that violate these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
All proprietary systems, software, frameworks, and infrastructure used by our platform remain the property of Brandon LaVere, LLC.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the website while services remain active.
8. Hosting and Availability
We strive to provide reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party issues.
We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not maintained
- These Terms are violated
- Illegal or harmful activity is detected
- Use of the service creates risk to our platform
Termination may result in loss of access to services and hosted content.
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide website and hosting services but do not operate or control client businesses.
We are not responsible for business performance, customer interactions, or outcomes generated from use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandon LaVere, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting services, and software tools.
We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
