CabaretMetrics.com and StripClubWebsites.com (“Websites”) are brand names operated by Brandon LaVere, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These websites do not operate as separate legal entities. All services are provided by Brandon LaVere, LLC.
This Hosting & Maintenance Policy explains the terms governing website hosting, technical maintenance, and software services provided through our platform.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Hosting Services
We provide managed website hosting for websites built through our platform.
Hosting services may include server management, uptime monitoring, security management, and basic technical support.
Hosting is required for websites built through our platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to maintain active hosting payments may result in suspension of the website. Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal of the website from our hosting environment.
2. Billing, Payment Processing, and Minimum Term
All billing related to hosting, website services, and subscriptions is managed by Brandon LaVere, LLC.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By purchasing services, you authorize recurring billing for hosting, software subscriptions, or other ongoing services when applicable.
All hosting and maintenance services may require a minimum service commitment period as disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
If services are canceled before fulfilling the required minimum term, the remaining balance of the commitment period may become immediately due.
Failure to complete the required service term may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are resolved.
3. Website Maintenance
Basic maintenance is included as part of our hosting service and may include:
- WordPress core updates
- Plugin updates
- Security monitoring
- Performance monitoring
- Basic technical troubleshooting
Maintenance services are limited to the technical operation of the website.
Content updates, design changes, or custom development may require additional fees or separate agreements.
Maintenance services cover the ongoing operation and stability of your website.
Any requests outside of the original build scope, including custom features, design changes, or advanced modifications, are considered additional work and may be billed at a standard development rate.
Custom development work is billed at $125 per hour and requires client approval before work begins.
4. Client Content Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for all content displayed on their websites, including images, text, promotions, and business information.
Clients must ensure that all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend websites that contain illegal, harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content.
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining rights to any images, videos, branding materials, or other content used on their website.
5. Software Integrations
Websites may include integrated software tools such as Cabaret Metrics, analytics systems, or other third-party services.
These integrations are intended to improve website performance, engagement, and tracking capabilities.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, limitations, or policy changes related to third-party integrations.
6. Cabaret Metrics Integration
Some websites may include optional integration with the Cabaret Metrics platform.
Cabaret Metrics is a conversion tracking system designed to display live activity, issue digital vouchers, and track customer engagement.
Cabaret Metrics may operate on a separate subscription basis after any applicable trial period.
All subscription terms, billing structures, and usage rules for Cabaret Metrics are governed by its own policy.

7. Website Availability
We strive to provide reliable hosting services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or network issues.
Brandon LaVere, LLC is not liable for damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Backups
Website backups may be performed periodically to help protect website data.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important content and data.
We do not guarantee recovery of lost data in all situations.
9. Service Suspension
Services may be suspended if:
- Payments are overdue
- Illegal activity is detected
- Content violates our policies
- Use of the service threatens platform security
Services may remain suspended until the issue is resolved.
10. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time as services evolve or legal requirements change.
Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
