A 12-month agreement applies.

No, but we highly recommend it.

What counts as a support request?

Adding/removing dancers, events, blogs, or updating VIP packages.

How do I request changes?

Simply email or message us with your update request.

How fast are updates completed?

Most updates are completed within 24–48 hours.

Can I request larger changes or redesigns?

Yes. Larger updates or custom work are quoted separately.

Do I get access to my website?

Yes. On the Bronze plan, you will receive full access to your website, as you are responsible for hosting and managing it.

On the Silver and Gold plans, you will be able to write blogs and manage dancers. The technical side of WordPress is restricted to administrators only.
