CabaretMetrics.com and StripClubWebsites.com (“Websites”) are brand names operated by Brandon LaVere, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These websites do not operate as separate legal entities. All services, billing, and financial transactions are conducted through Brandon LaVere, LLC.
This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and recurring billing are handled for services provided through our Websites.
By purchasing services, you agree to the billing terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Billing Provider
All services are billed and managed by Brandon LaVere, LLC.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect and process billing information in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers.
2. Authorization of Charges
By purchasing services, you authorize Brandon LaVere, LLC to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees associated with your selected services.
This may include one-time fees, recurring subscriptions, or additional service charges as agreed at the time of purchase.
All pricing and billing terms are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
3. Recurring Subscription Billing
Certain services operate on a recurring subscription basis, including but not limited to:
- Website hosting
- Maintenance services
- Software integrations
- Analytics or tracking tools
- Other ongoing digital services
By subscribing to these services, you authorize automatic recurring billing based on the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
4. Billing Cycle
Subscription services are typically billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise specified at checkout or in a written agreement.
Recurring charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the payment processor may automatically retry the charge.
If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.
Continued failure to maintain valid payment may result in termination of services and removal of hosted content.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel subscription services to prevent future recurring charges, subject to any minimum service commitment.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund payments already processed.
Cancellation of hosting or related services may result in removal of the website from our platform.
7. Minimum Service Commitment
Certain services may require a minimum service commitment period. This minimum term will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.
If services are canceled before fulfilling the required minimum term, the remaining balance of the commitment period may become immediately due.
8. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery, agreement terms, and usage.
9. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for services at any time.
Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated when required.
10. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes.
Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
